Holy ---- me backwards! I just ate the most incredible meal ever. Nice little Japanese and Korean BBQ place. Super hot Korean and Japanese waitresses, little grill in the table, and one of the hot waitresses to cook for you. I had THE best piece of beef I have ever had. I knew it was going to be good when it came out thinly sliced with the most impressive color and marble I have ever seen. All of the sides were also exceptionally good. To top it all off, I had the best sushi I have ever had, and I am a sushi fiend. In retrospect, I should have gotten the Guinness that I was admiring in the picture next to my table.
------- HAPPY! |

Just ate some of my favorite chicken that we made yesterday.
For less than $10 worth of chicken and a handful of other ingredients I'll have lunch for a few days. Crockpot Jerk Chicken https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1338312396
Combine onion and ginger in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken, and pulse until well blended. I usually put some sauce in the bottom, then start layering the chicken while adding sauce between each layer. Cover, set on low and cook for 6-8 hours. We've done it a few different ways substituting different peppers and sometimes its so hot it burns my mouth while other times its very mild. Great ------- recipe though! Try it! |
which peppers to make it mild?

Steak stir-fry that I made in my wok on my charcoal grill.
https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1338826808 Then I had some local grown peaches that were starting to get too soft for my taste, so I threw them in the same wok. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1338826808 If youve never grilled peached before you need to get on that. |

I have cooked for two to two hundred people, and I have a few recipes of my own. FYI. |
I can boil water without burning it about half the time, and I can make ramen and hotdogs.
