He had posted on his Facebook wall that he needed a new radiator. I commented that he could use the money that he scammed from everyone to pay for it.... seems his comment and mine are now deleted.

I may as well. Every time I read about this guy it pisses me off. I posted, and I have the documents to back it up.
I'm just enough pissed off that he may have a lawsuit on his hands. It's not about the trivial amount of money anymore. It's about hanging the horse thief before he steals again.

I just finished sending a message to NAhookup on CR.net. In it, I state that I have sent his personal information, links to that site, his facebook page, etc. to my District Attorney's office (in Rochester, NY). I also sent a brief decription of my missing parts/refund, as well as another about this one. The email has been sent.
We'll see if it helps.

What you need to do is pick up the phone and call the police in the scammer's jurisdiction. They probably have a detective who handles fraud cases. I had to do a similar thing several years ago and when their phones start ringing from multiple scamees reporting about a single scammer the cops tend to notice. Emails get deleted, and any paperwork you mail could get stuffed into a file cabinet never to be looked at again or simply trashed, but they can only ignore phone calls for so long before they are pestered into action. Ten of us all got refunds within 48 hours of the police paying a visit to the scammer's house.
