To the Edge...till we all get off.
The whole purpose of this thread if to annouce that I am 98% certain that I am at the point with my car where I am satisfied.
I have another compressor housing that has bolt flanges on it, and I would like to swap that on. I also would like to do some welding on some compressor piping.
Other than that, my 460's, my current turbo, my current Megasquirt...everything is how I want it. FINALLY.
I dyno'd at 209 whp / 206 wtq, but that was on MS-1 parallel like 1 year an 1/2 ago with an inacurate CAS, on 11.9psi. I now run MS2 standalone on all stock sensors (except GM IAT) and I have MBC, set between 12-14 psi. I can tell you it runs WAY smoother and I'm guessing maybe 225 whp / 215wtq at 13psi?
My ultimate goal was 1hp per 10lbs. My car weighs 2350 without me, so I figured I'd need about 235 whp to be happy. I can say, I am way happy, as I street raced an LS-1 T/A that showed me a 13.3 second timeslip, and he beat me by 1 car just before the finish line. I smoked him by 3 cars off the line, but he reeled me in.
I'm not bitching, I have a little turbo, he has a motor full of torque. I drive my car to work and get about 29mpg. He also stated, that after his time slip, he added headers and a full exhaust.
Maybe this is my calling: Time to lift my truck, finish my bike project, finish my ******, build a garage, and STFU.
I'm out?
If that's the case, I'm here as a supporting member towards this great forum. Here to provide advice and answer questions in ways other members refuse to.
Otherwise, I'm just a fly on the wall.

Thanks for kidding, but I'm serious.
What's it all about?
Is it not about doing what makes me, only me; happy to achieve the goals I set for myself.
Otherwise, why did I subscribe for the past 3 years? To make drunken posts and try to fit in the same high school clique I never fit in? While I excelled in mathematics (apparently I excelled in spelling too, even though I'm wasted more than 85% of members are sober) I was able to figure out volumetric efficiencies, compressor sizing /boost / fueling efficienceies.
BTW, I guarantee that if I blew into a breathalyzer, the result would be at least a 2.4% BAC. Who's spelling is F'd up? not mine...
