Default Anyone remember repo4sale? LuLz.......

So some of you that visit m.net or m-s may remember that douchefag. Anyway, I wanted to post up in here because I posted some stuff on CL awhile ago and I got this strange email....which had a name that was familiar...which I realized was that moron...so I decided to **** with him for a bit. Not that I would ever sell him a ******* thing

Would you consider $150 us postal service money order for the parts below and $75 in US Mail stamps to send it in 1-2 boxes via US Mail Parcel Post?

Sorry, that's a scam if I've ever heard one, Jon. I cannot trust taking money orders and postage over a CL ad. $225 via PayPal or Google Wallet will work for me.

Yeah, no **** that the USPS is Federal. Let me guess, no one has ever used USPS M.O.s for scamming people on CL either. It's a scam, I know it, you know it and Yellow Dog knows it. Listen Jon, I know who you are. I've shaken your hand at C&C Irvine (completely aware of who you were, you having no idea who I am), I know you've been banned from M-S, M.net and CR for scamming people. I'm not falling for it. Besides, I don't ever trust people with such terrible English. Even if I did not know who you were, I would have judged you by your terrible English. You're a joke. Go home.

Have fun with that overheating engine from those "hood risers" lol. But I'm sure you'll argue that the engine runs cooler...you know....because the engine depends on the temperature of the air around it and that you are also an aerodynamicist who can explain why having a hood popped is good for it. I'm dying with laughter over here at the thought of this lol.

Anyway, have fun scamming other people!

Anyway, who the **** offers to send USPS MOs and US Mail stamps to pay for something? A paranoid ******* scammer, that's who. The guy is a complete nutjob. I did not really meet him, but a few years ago while in LA, I did see him at C&C and he was doofy as ****. If you go look him up, he is always making some retarded pose and showing all of these "land investment" meetings... aka "scams". Anywho, thought I share for those who might remember that shitstick.

Just email me your SSN, date of birth and checking account number, and I will transfer the funds directly to your account.

He offered me similar terms on a used MSM manifold. Totally weird. After I said no and months went by he started randomly emailing me the same offer again for unknown reasons. He seemed desperate to get that manifold. It's still in a box somewhere in my garage.

probably leftover stamps from his how to mass mail video.

where he teaches you the importance of stacking postcards and putting stamps on them...apparently he's never heard of a postage machine, or bulk pre-paid.

A few months after he was banned here the first time, he registered under another name but just couldn't leave well enough alone with his "I'm a paralegal millionaire world traveler ninja Miata owner" bullshit. He's also on a couple SoCal gun forums and claims to be world class marksman/sniper/quick-draw/trick-shot type.

The guy really is all sortsa fucked up.

Well, we have his address now.... lol

It just completely mystifies me on how someone so retarded can actually get anywhere in life. How did this guy not get hit by a car as a kid...or eaten by a bear or something...

Can someone explain to me how to scam someone using USPS postal money order? I thought the point of a money order is that it's legit.

he's probably not scamming, but he also wanted to pay with leftover STAMPS to use for the shipping costs of the packages. He probably has leftover from the above videos...where he uses regular stamps instead of a postage machine or builk pre-paid.

hhhhhh oooooo llllll eeeeee sssshhhhiiiitttt!!!!

I thought he looked familiar!!!!!

Tim- There is a problem with fake/copied USPS MOs being used for fraudulent transactions, just do a quick search for fake USPS MOs. Not that I think he would really be scamming, but I wouldn't trust someone on CL to send me a bunch of random currency as payment. Before I realized who he was, I did think "scam", but kept up with the "it's a trap" just to be a dick to him. In my dealings with items on CL, it's cash or nothing..I don't trust people around here.

God knows why he thinks the slowest way is the best way. Probably because it saves him $0.02 per 1000 **** junk postcards he sends.....or he probably has some crazy conspiracy theory as to why it can't be done that way.

dealing through CL can open you up to some of the most painful exposures to human beings.

I can't even comprehend how some people ask to send payment/ship via craigslist.

Around here if you post up on CL without a clear phone number half the people aren't even intelligent enough to figure out how to email you. They're simply too stupid for any transaction that goes beyond cash money lol

I won't deal with people through phone on CL, too many scams that way as well.

I will only deal with people through email, and do my damndest to never give out my phone number unless I have to. Many times, more like 95% of response, will be like "I want you rpart, call me." You call, get no response, and then they go sell your number as a valid/active phone number to a service.

If people can't respond to an email and work out logisitics through email, I won't sell/deal with them.

The only bad CL transaction I had was recently, when I refuse to give out my phone number and only meet at a public space, and only dealt with emails. I figured what the hell, I have a smartphone now and can get to my email on the go. But the bitch never showed up. Pissed me off a little. I met at home depot so I was able to do some errands while waiting.

While waiting for the bitch, a guy emailed me and I called him, he showed up with cash at my house a short while later. Guy drove down from NY with his wife and newborn to buy my old used tires for their minivan...I felt a little bad.
