Am I being Scammed?
Am I being paranoid? Or is this legit?
All the emails are shown below, let me know what you guys think. Here pics of the bike.

Hello, I was just wondering if the bike was still for sale? And what state is the bike in? Is there any problems with the bike mechanically? Is the bike capable of me driving it back? Thanks for your help.
- James
Response:
James,
The bike is still for sale, it is in peoria illinois. The bike needs to have the carb syncs, but other than that is mechanically fine. Which basically means that it takes the bike about 3 minutes to warm up rather than a normal minute and half to warm up. Warm the bike up and itll go until you run out of gas. Please keep in mind I will only be accepting cash.

Hey, did you put stabilizer in the tank over the winter. The reason why I ask is last bike I looked at ran terrible on account of the bad gas. And if there is bad gas in the tank that means the carbs are really clogged. Does carb syncs just mean that they need to be cleaned? Oh yeah and does it have a clear title? It looks like the bike was painted black, if so is it a good paint job? thanks again.

Response:
James,
I did run stabilizer through the bike before it was garaged. The tank was taken off the bike and painted over the winter and has since been refilled with good gas. The carbs are clean (my room mate cleaned them during the fall). Carb syncing is done when there are more than one carbs, each cylinder on the bike has a carb and the two need to be pulling the same vacuum so basically a manometer needs to be hooked up to the carbs and then equalize them. Its supposedly only a $15 thing, but I do not have time to deal with it (finishing my senior project in mechanical engineering). Please fine a file attached about the carb syncing.
As for the paint job its decent, nothing to write home about. I am not sure if you are into DIY projects but I used the same method that is used for the $40 paint job which is basically prep the surface like any paintjob but instead of using automotive paint, I use more resilient boat/spray paint. Keep in mind that its a satin black paint job, so there is not shine to it. Well shinier than flat black, but definitely not glossy and will never have a shine.

Jordan,
Hey i am sorry to bother you again, but about the title? I still have not got an answer on it. That is cool that your in Mechanical Engineering, good luck with your Senior Project. Thanks for the articles I'll def. look into it if I buy the bike. So besides for the title all of my questions have been answered, would you take $1350 cash? depending on the title if it is clear. Let me know, so we can work something out.

Response:
James,
Sorry that was my fault. The title is clean. Two things to be aware of is that the front fender is still the original red color and has one crack in it, and that the rear tire will definitely need to be replaced after this summer. Yeah I would feel comfortable doing 1,350. Let me know if you have anymore questions, I love talking about my motorcycle really sad to see it go. Also Remind me if you do decide to take the bike that I have all the owner manuals and shop manuals to go along with it.

Jordan,
nice pics man. From the pictures looks like you did a good job on the paint job. It actually looks good without the front fender, but maybe I will look into getting a new one. Why are you selling it if you dont mind me asking? So is Illinois great for motorcycle riding? Did you have many nice rides on the bike? Whats the farthest you went on it? Sad to say New Jersey is crowded but I get some nice rides occasionally. After reading some reviews some people complained that its not good for long rides because of the lack of fairings. Ok I want the bike and am willing to transfer money to hold it if you want. I have to rent a trailer, and if possible I would like to get it this weekend. Its supposed be nice out this weekend, so I figured good weather for a road trip. Is there any way I could get your phone number just in case I get lost. I will be coming from New Jersey so it is a trip. Also the address of where you would like to meet, I will look it up on mapquest. My phone number is 609-558-0743 call me if you have any questions. Thanks so much for all your help.
