Problem with using that motor at that time was obviously no aftermarket for swaps. A 1995 Northstar powered DTS uses the PCM to control every aspect of the car -- Wouldn't be surprised if the seat heaters were computer controlled. He drove the doner car and it ran like a top. Pulled the motor and most of the wiring harness. Never ran again. Best we could figure it was something to do with VATS and I didn't have enough electrical knowledge at the time to solve / bypass the issue. ($750) The factory DTS harness was such a clusterfuck that after 60 hours work and the help of a Cadillac mechanic we gave up. Sad, I wanted to drive that car.
