Here, I'm curious as to whether meowing is allowed on taxiways Bravo or Golf. Or perhaps on a different frequency. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...9f0a6ac6e6.png |

C'mon, you buzzkills... Everyone is aware of the original narrative that Covid-19 entered the human population when someone ate a bat. South Park even parodied that theory in an episode in which Stan's Dad visited Wuhan China along with Mickey Mouse, and they both got really high and gang-raped a pangolin, which is how they became infected.
Anyway... https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...63b0fd2c4e.jpg |

"Price does not include cement, brick, or plaster." "For prices of Plumbing, Heating, Wiring, Electric Fixtures, and Shades, see page 115." So, for 2/3 of the annual average salary, you're getting a big heap of uncut lumber and some other building materials. And don't forget the land to put it on. That tends to be the most expensive part in many areas. Relatively speaking, that pile-o-parts is about the same price as an entry-level manufactured home today. And that's before you factor in the labor to actually turn it into a house. https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...ba674ef683.png |
