Likely yes. You'll think fuel injection will be a fun project to add, then be stuck on a freeway offramp with a blown coil driver.

Well of course that'll be the plan! You'll source LS swap parts but in the interim there'll be a minor oil leak from the oil pan, which will really be from the timing chain cover, and while removing the balancer to replace the cover gasket you find the crank thrust face to be gone, and rock auto will have a new crank kit for only $200 so why not cause it'll hold you over until you source the LS bits, but then you'll see the cam lobes gone but that's ok cause summit has $90 cam/lifter kits and fuckit the engine is all apart anyway, and then you barter for pistons and fuel injection, which is ok cause you can just sell that anyway when you get the LS installed for way more than you got into it, but then the engine runs really nice but the original 3 speed nonlocking converter trans is garbage so you swap in a $300 4speed/OD trans and it's really awesome now so the LS keeps getting put off, forever...?
