Serious observation from a former Integra owner: Slapping an "Acura" badge and a different front bumper on the new Civic is literally how they've always done this car.

I haven't looked that closely at the first couple generations, but the 3rd gen Integra and RSX both had different sheet metal and engines (at some trim levels) from the Civic.
