The "Lull-A-Baby" concept isn't terrible, as the hammock will swing in the required direction to cradle the child when braking or accelerating. The 'one-minute installation', however, leads me to believe that the attachment points will instantly fail during any collision (leading to, as pointed out by good2go, a baby slingshot).
I identify as a bear.

I'm reaching back in my memory to the days before shoulder belts. The oddly-textured brown interior of that '71 Grand Marquis with the vacuum-operated headlight covers. You know the one I mean.
Cars used to have hangers in the back, on the C-pillars or above the rear windows. For hanging jackets and whatnot.
