LMAO this is making its rounds now, Detroit things. Putting a lot of trust into the FCA quality of that handle. Haha.

I can't figure out how to embed the video on mobile or I would. It's awesome.

First computers I've purchased that require 208 / 230v and use C19 power inlet connectors.

These things are monsters. 143 lbs. 36" deep.

One of the guys at work made a quip about how "aren't computers supposed to get smaller over time?"

Well, yeah, relatively speaking. This one is a storage server that hold 5 Petabytes and has a total network throughput of 240 Gb/s.

We bought three of them. I had to buy a new rack to put them in, as they stuck out of the backs of the old ones. And also have new power run to said rack.

Going to buy TP now... I already went to one store. Now the hunt begins.

Interestingly, I happened to stop by Marianos for a few grocery items this evening. People were, in fact, hoarding toilet paper. I'd estimate that every third cart had at least two large packs in it, despite the fact that the shelves were still fully stocked.

How did this become a thing?

I don't understand the toilet paper thing either, nor do I understand the stock piling of bottled water.

If this COVID-19 gets serious enough to the point, that when you reach for the tap no water comes out? Might as well make peace with whomever you think your maker is.

I stopped at the grocery last night for essentials... you know beer & wine. They were all out of bread and toilet paper. Cleaned out!

Which reminds me:
