Nope they'd be able to roam free -- this is an airplane after all.

This gets delightfully creepy at the end.

My 3.5 year old saw my open socket set and, being the diligent little helper he is, closed it for me.

.. by folding the bottom half up onto the top half. Sockets are still rolling away.

I'm still looking for the 14mm I lost when I did you TB while you polished my rod hood.

Hopefully a lesson was learned.

On an unrelated note (this being the random pictures thread and all), this dude has an amazing vocal range, and is just damned entertaining to listen to:

^I hate to be a "hater" but during the "Queen" part he has his voice so far down in the mix, and for everything else he has more effects/processing on his voice.......had to turn it off. I hate that "overproduced" sound.

Found an old Radio Shack catalog while cleaning out a closet at work. I'd totally forgotten about this:

^ That raises many questions...

Also, it turns out that you can download a free AutoCAD model of an adult holstein cow. So, obviously, I had to put one into the floorplan drawing of a new room we're designing:

Him and bosnianbill are pretty fun to watch.

I have that tubular lock tool, but it sucks compared to the slightly more expensive southord one. IMO.

People are always weirded out when they find out i do lockpicking as a hobby.

As a teenager, I used to do very amateur-level lockpicking (eg: shimming, raking, latch-pulling) for purely utilitarian purposes. Went right along with the phone phreaking, cable piracy, etc. I never did single-pin picking, as it wasn't necessary to develop that skill for my needs. In retrospect, it is something that I need to learn to do.

In particular, I'll never forget the time that the principal of my high school locked himself out of his office, and they called me down to the main building to open the door. (I was very bad at not getting caught in the act at that time.) Mrs. Prespetino, the dean of students, referred to me and my friend Jon as "the white-collar criminals."

My sister, who is five years younger than me, attended the same high school. Recently, she and I were talking about the old place (it was completely obliterated in 2004 by hurricane Charley), and she said something to the effect of "You weren't so much famous as you were notorious." Apparently, my reputation caused her some degree of hardship, as teachers would say "Oh, you're Joe Perez' sister?"

People who know me as an adult are rarely surprised to learn this detail of my adolescence.

For some reason, BosnianBill never quite clicked with me. Can't quite say why. I think I just prefer the dry, analytical approach of LPL.
