I did a right click on Tim's image. "Save Image As" and saved it to my desktop.
Then hit the picture icon above and uploaded the saved file from my desktop... named "Tims.png" via "Browse Your Device".

You don't need to save the image locally. Copying it to the clipboard and pasting into the image uploader applet will work fine. Otherwise this is you saving every image your post on the desktop:

I forgot to add the last step… delete the saved image.
