@Joe Perez FWIW, one of the tires from my S2000 was even worse than that. Mounted it anyway, no leaks, no issues. The car did a track day and a couple autocrosses, as well as a round trip to MRLS, without issue.

I bring my wheels in too. Not sure why, my garage stays a balmy 50f all winter.
Maybe because indoor tire stacks make geat cat scratching posts.

Well, in my case it's more a matter of not having a garage. Not a private one, anyway. Just the space between two yellow lines in a garage housing close to a thousand cars on three levels.
