Some of these places are just mind-blowing, coming from the NYC market. The kitchen / living room in this one is literally larger than my whole apartment:
Meeting with another one in a few hours. She's got one place lines up that, from the listing, seems impossible. 2br on the park, with parking, for $1,800. Gonna jump on that one like cops on a black man if it is even remotely what it claims to be.
Utilities and parking are included in about half of them. But to be honest, the rent is so damn cheap that it genuinely does not matter.
This was literally the worst* place I looked at yesterday:
(I swear, it's not potatophone. That was just a really hard scene to capture in a single exposure, and I don't have PaintShop on this laptop.)
Well, second-worst. The worst place was actually my original #1 in terms of size, layout, location, and amenities, but the building appears to be physically falling apart. It's a relatively new construction, and appears to have been thrown together as cheaply as possible.
I gotta start getting sober. Meeting with another realtor in 2 hours.
Also, this guy does not understand the meaning of "10 items or less"
These cats are majestic as ****. I want, but vet tech wife says they are disease prone and $$$.
Maine coons boss, maine coons are fine. My buddy has a 13 year old one and he says no issues ever. I personally just got a tiny maine coon and its already nearly twice the size of his DSH sister.
Heres mine at 9 weeks, currently at 3 months hes much bigger.
