I do know in many states you are not required to pull over for an unmarked vehicle, much less a POV. A reasonable officer would simply call it in and tail them from a distance if they had done something wrong.

that's really all it takes, you just need to relieve pressure from where the two metal rings come together. took me like 5 minutes to replace my bushings with delrin ones.
