I am an expert viewer of youtube video. I don't think the flying thing is a person and blueshirt guy is the driver/only occupant.

Yeah, its kinda a 'thing' with the CR crowd. They even have engine mount spacers to raise the engine up, and someone designed a skid plate to protect the pan once its above the lip of the subframe.
