I think that walmart is actually more like 2 minutes from my house. The sad part is that i find it nicer than the other walmart that's 5 minutes from my house.

walmart is significantly cheaper than the other stores near me, stocks more items, and provides more services like being able to provide my propane needs.

I live between two as well.

What I can't wait for is the new Wegman's that will be built even closer to me.

Wegman's is the bomb.

Crosses out all the street names but leaves the exit numbers so you can still figure it out. Good Guy Braineack.

I've only ever been inside one Wegmans, in Amherst (suburb of Buffalo), but I recall it being an exceedingly pleasant supermarket to be in. Basically the opposite of Topps.

Topps is for cheap, Weggies is for convenience. Much more expensive than other supermarkets. Wife used to work there in the prepared foods section.

When I made Eagle scout, they give a formal banquet, and you are "sponsored" by a community leader. I got Danny Wegman, who is, to put it bluntly, a fag. Extreme metrosexual (long before the word was even coined), including makeup. His wife is an ultra-bitch, in every bad connotation there is.

I was a huge geek, and we had absolutely nothing in common. Lots of long, uncomfortable pauses that day.

Wegman's house brand stuff is inexpensive and high quality.
