I don't quite get the one of the cheerleader at the playground. What vapid pop-culture event did I miss?

I don't really keep up on that kind of shit. Didn't even realize the whole drowning-kids-lady thing was still going on until somebody posted the mugshot wherein I realized that she looked like Chell and became sexually aroused in a "sociopathic killer artificial intelligence / fuel line de-icer" sort of way. Did you fap? I did.

I honestly thought you missed it, sorry Joe. I'm sure someone will wonder what it is though.

Hehe. It's current events that I have trouble with, especially the sort where one white chick did something stupid and got into trouble as a result. (eg: I have utterly no idea what Paris Hilton and her buddies are up to, nor would I be likely to notice if they were all killed to death by a chainsaw-wielding maniac in a dark alley in Tijuana.)
Jonestown was kind of a big deal by comparison. :D |

With that said...I don't get the one with the winter scene with the bashed animal and Canadian hockey stick. |

Huh. Just to show you how out of tough with F1 I am, I had no idea that they were using KERS.
What really blows my mind is that some of them are actually using a flywheel-based system: http://www.fia.com/en-GB/automotive/...sue13-art3.jpg As Doc Brown would say, that's some serious shit. |

I honestly did now know that any road car utilized such a technology. Interesting also that they have chosen to use a motor/generator combo to transfer energy between the flywheel and the drivetrain; it was in the flywheel-based units I saw earlier, the coupling was described as mechanical, using either a CVT or a differential to transfer energy between the two. Seems like once you've gone to the trouble to install one motor/generator, it'd be far cleaner to hook it up to a bank of supercapacitors. Having fewer precisely machined, massively delicate, amazingly heavy and fast-moving parts is usually considered to be a Good Thing™.

Isn't it a race car, or is it going to be built as a road car too?
