That guy might've been dead before the cop ran him down, but why take that chance? I'm not a huge fan of police or anything but I do think they should've used a bus instead of a Crown Vic. The guy shot a cop more than once and because police are more like Gods than regular people..

This will truly revolutionize the flashlight industry! No more looking for that pesky on switch or button. Then you try to start it again... and then you check the fuel filter.

Friend of mine is a KCMO cop and was written up two weeks ago for arresting Mexican nationals who were breaking traffic laws and found to be without any documentation including motor vehicle operators permit, proof of insurance, or proof of ownership of the vehicles. Now California is going to ban the Police from towing cars of unlicensed drivers. Seriously?
