I can honestly say that at no point in my entire life, regardless of alcohol intake, have I ever desired to have an illustration of a car part permanently inscribed upon my body.

Deja vu Perez? When I saw it, my mind was blown.

Joe: did someone graffiti that piece of equipment? I mean, I'm all for people tagging their work...

Why do I see double in only half of the picture? To quote a great movie, "I don't feel drunk..."

https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...1&d=1420778935 It's the door-opening mechanism on a Bombardier Shoreliner railroad car, the type used on the non-electric sections of the Metro North lines (those which are hauled by Diesel locomotives, owing to their operation beyond the areas which are electrified by pantograph line or third-rail.) Cool posters, incidentally. |

Joe, the bottom half is clearly double exposed as far as I can see, as well.
So most of the middle area is an overlap zone. I put the three images on separate layers and did a gradient mask to blend the edges where they overlap, resulting in the sort of intermittent ghosting across the two bands in the middle. Couldn't come up with a better way of doing it easily. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1420813696 |

Your phone probably has more than 5 megapixels of sensor. Take a few steps backwards and take the photo again.

'Twas actually a composite of three images (top, middle, bottom), as the panorama feature on my phone, rather annoyingly, functions only from side to side, not up-and-down.
