Default hydra 2.6 air temp sensor question

I have an 04 mazdaspeed with a FM turbo conversion (hydra 2.6) done by the previous owner. It is running fine. Nevertheless, I have been familiarizing myself with the tuning software in case I want to tinker with it at some point.

Noticed the air temp being reported by the hydra does not seem accurate. It reads 20-30 (Fahrenheit) degrees below ambient when the car is fully cold (hasn't run for 24+ hours). Adjusting the "type of sensor" on the software does not appear to be the answer, the other settings make the readings even more inaccurate

When driving, the air temp seems to warm up to 130 F or so. After parking it rises (not too surprising) eventually getting near 190 before starting to cool.

I don't know where the sensor is located with this FM kit (installed around 2009 when hydra 2.6 was current).

So, any thoughts on this? Does anyone know where the sensor would likely be in this setup? Are readings this high possibly accurate if the sensor is after the turbo? Certainly the cold readings are not accurate...

Would like to know what others with FM turbo/hydra are seeing for air temp

Thanks.
