Ive been thinking really hard about getting a setup for those tires once i get my car settled into its motor, diff, new ecu, and I feel comfortable with how everything is working. I was thinking of diamond 15x10s for the wheels and trying to stuff it under the stock fender with camber and some pounding for sm2. But im gonna wait until i wear out my 205 azenis first.

ok they are $239 each from tirerack, so a step up from the $170 pricetag. Been doing a lot of reading about this tire, and it looks like it can be made to work (barely) in a miata without fender flares. It could also upset the balance in the autocross classes. we shall see

Theres a couple guys over at m.net attempting it, and if they are successful then i guess i will know how as well. I would guess it would fit in the rear with rolled fenders, but in the front, getting the correct backspacing will be critical. Not sure if it will work, but I have a feeling that hoosier had a few cars in mind when they created this tire, the miata being one.
