will 95-97 cams fit 1992 1.6L
newbe here,so I dont know squat bout miatas, but been around turbos with my buicks for some time,,now the question--I just bought a 92 w/a 1600 eng,I see in the books that the cams in the later models ie:95-97 have a better performance lift, will these fit in my 92 1.6L as a perf up grade ? I plan on rebilding this eng as it has a slight knock in the bottom end,so I plan on using forged pistons and turbo rings,I have a good used turbo out of a mitsubishi evo, twin scroll stage 8,will this turbo be ok in the 1.6L engine? or will it have too much lag,if any at all cause it came out of a 2.0L eng ? that it"ll do for now,but more questions w/I run into em--Thanks--Jack

No. 94+ has a 1.8L so the engine is a bit longer dimensionally.
If you are building a motor, I'd definitely jump to a 1.8, especially if you don't have your exhaust manifold yet.
