Question Wierd Electrical issue

*EDIT* This is solved. I actually had a short circuit going to the Main Fuse Box

Hello Everyone,
i'm having some wired Electrical issues in my 1992 Mx-5 NA.

When i put the Key in the "On" Position im not getting any (Switched) Power to the Fuel Pump and ECU. I Checked all the Fuses and noticed when i put something Metall (like the probe of my Multimeter or a Srewdriver) to the exposed Metall test surface of the 15Amp "Engine" Fuse I can hear a one time "click" noise from the Driver side Footwell which results in the Fuel pump priming and the ECU turning On and Connecting to Tuner Studios on my Laptop. Im then able to Start the Engine without issues. If i turn the Car off for a while i would have the same issue.

To Put it short: I have to "Jump start" the Engine fuse to turn on my Car.

There is not a single burned Fuse in both Fuse Boxes. I have also replaced the Main Relay in the Engine Fuse Box and the Fuel Pump Relay in the Driver side Footwell with known working Ones from my Other Mx-5 because i thought it could have been a stuck Relay but that didnt help.

The previous owner did some questionable Electrical Work on the Car which now left my with this and a few more issues like the Gauge Cluster (RPM and Speedo and Coolant Temp Gauge) not working and the Headlights going down when I turn them On and vice versa. Maybe some of these are linked.

Have you pulled apart the ignition switch?

Yes i did, it looked pretty much brand new. I cleaned it anyways and reapplied some electrical contact spray.
