It looks like a $175 piece of feces to me. Kinda reminds me of these EBAY thingies that spin the air for you on EBAY -

Here is a link to something similar, they even have a kit for the miata, probably won't fit directly with a turbo though.

Well, just wanted to point it out, the link doesn't work like I hoped, you have to look for "rampods" I worked the shipping on their website and it came to $45 AUS to connecticut (where I live), which is fairly reasonable, I don't know anything about this product, but the JWT "POP Charger" (for nissan products) is known to work, I have seen dyno plots showing gains that were small but still greater than the margin of error.
