What is this for??
The small blue connector in the pic below...
The larger blue connector has a Heated Rear Window switch attached, what's the smaller blue connector for though? foglight? instrument dimmer?
Car is a 92' Eunos Roadster 1.6 manual.
Yeah, a JDM car, in the UK, and I'm asking for advice on a US forum

so I guess that's the instrument dimmer idea out the window then....
My rear fog light is located in the rear light cluster, with a non-standard switch on the steering cowl.... it works, and looks better than the stuck-on foglights I often see on imports over here.
maybe it's for front fogs?

It would be helpful if we knew what the wire colors were.
It sure looks like the dimmer switch. Three wires in a keyed six-position housing. Wire colors would be Black (gnd), Red/Blue (power in from TNS relay) and Red (switched ground for lamps).
It's not fog lights or cruise control. Fog lights would be four wires in a non-keyed six position plug, cruise uses a similar plug to dimmer, but with six wires.
