btw, big props to the tow truck driver getting a lowered miata up on the flatbed without anything other than the wheels touching the ground/truck.

You gotta love the drivers who care. Many years ago in my Harley days I went to the dentist downtown and was shocked to find a good parking spot on the street.

When I left the dentist around 5:00PM , I noticed my bike was the last vehicle there and a tow truck pulling up. Oh ****, I started running to the bike and noticed the ticket on tank. The area it was designated no parking after 4:00PM and I didn't realize it. The tow truck driver laughed and said they towed all the other vehicles first hoping I would get there in time to move my bike. That was a good man

I still had a ticket, buit at least the bike wasn't towed.

A rare tow truck hero did the same for my car when I got a flat with no spare in the 'hood in baltimore. He used two by fours... a bunch of em. How'd your guy do it?

I've had mine towed a few times and the flatbeds they use have a little ramp section that hinges. No 1x6s needed, just winched it straight up.
