squeak when steering wheel turned all the way to right...
Just wondering if anyone else has seen/fixed this problem before. If i turn my wheel all the way to the right and turn it back, there's a metal-on-metal clunk/scraping sound.
I've replaced tie rod ends, but nothing else at this point. Almost sounds like the heat shield on the brake is hitting something, but the sound doesn't happen when the car is lifted.

Jack up the car, remove the wheel and place a low jackstand under the lower a arm, close to the balljoint, so that the weight of the car is on the suspension, and then have someone turn the wheel and observe.
My money is on a lower balljoint.
