quarter miles
What kind of 1/4mile times can you expect with 6 psi? I know there's a ton of variables to work out but...
I just got done working on a 99 mustang cobra with a 5 speed and I swear my 99 miata with 6psi felt quicker. Am I imagining things or what? I couldn't get over how slow that thing felt, and I'm pretty sure they're mid 13 second cars.
Anyway, with a perfect launch and perfect shifting am I wrong to think that a low boost miata will run 13's?

Most of the craptastic online calculators will tell you that you need about 190-200 horsepower to crack into the 13's. I say they are craptastic because they only account for weight and horsepower.
For example my car can trap 108mph in the 1/4 and I run a 13.3. The ford falcon I ran against trapped a 102 but ran a 12.7. The online calculator says I should run a 12.5.

they're not too bad. record for bone stock is high 12's I think. and yes, with just a few bolt ons they gain ridiculous power and get insane with major work.
about 13's on 6psi. there is a difference between 6psi 35r and 6psi t2554. OP you'll have to be WAYY more specific.
But based on the typical low boost setups I'd say it will be hard to hit 13's
our cars were never meant for the quarter mile, so they suck at it compared to other cars. I'd say no you won't hit 13's with 6psi
