A Q for all the experienced track guys.
On 9/7, I will be participating in a track day down at the Sebring Raceway. It will be my 1st time ever on a track. Of course I will have an instructor with me to guide me along. What I would like to know is what do I need to do to properly prep the car? I know to get better brake pads than stock, but what about the turbo and such? I am really looking forward to the event, and I want to make sure I am properly prepared. I am also looking forward to trying to get to 140 on the back straight!
Thanks guys.
Thanks guys.

I can't speak for the turbo **** but I always roll to the track with:
extra set of pads (used old ones are ok)
brake bleeding tools
Jack and 2 stands
belts
engine oil, gear oil, brake fluid
accurate tire gauge
**** that will make life happy:
notepad to record settings
laser thermometer (monitoring tire temp variation and brake temp)
sandwiches
gallon of water
at least a 6-pack of premium beer for you and a few corner workers or the track marshal at the end of the day
