problems with my drivetrain

When i bled the clutch it never got too low on fluid level. The Slave cylinder wasn't pushing far enough and i was running out of ideas so last night i replaced it with a new kit.
The spring on the old one was too weak to push the piston back out, it was only working with the fluid that pushed it.

without fluid going into it the piston would stay back in there

the new cylinder you can push it in and the spring with make the piston come back out.
This helped a little bit with shifting but it still hasn't solved the problem. I took the car out again last night and although i was able to go into 1st gear smoother, i still had problems with a couple of gears and the timing on the car is too low.
I still haven't fixed one problem and i think i'm about to face another one, as i was jacking up the car last night when replacing the slave, i jacked the driver side front tire and something in the driver rear tire area snapped. I still haven't found anything broken but i figured it was either the swaybar bolts or something into the hub assembly, car drove fine.
