Question Power Window problems on 92 NA

Hello everyone,
i have some issues with the Power Windows on my 1992 1.6 NA.
both my Power Windows slow down drastically and sometimes get stuck at the bottom and I need to assist them to roll Up or Down in the lower 1/4. Once the Window clears the lower section it actually rolls Up and Down quite fast. I already replaced the Window Bushings and cleaned and greased the Channels they ride in. Also the driver side motor sometimes randomly doesn't work at all which is the main issue im having.

It's almost certainly the switches. From the factory they run all of the power through the switch contacts. I fixed mine by adding four single pole double throw 30 amp relays. Now the switches only energize the relay coils and the relays do the heavy lifting.

I believe this is the guide I followed.

I checked the guide and already have some of the parts at home.
Do you think it's a worthwhile upgrade?

I think it's definitely worth it. I did it about 5 years ago and haven't had window problems since.

Just got it done. The switch was dirty and a bit burned so I cleaned it and installed the Relays.
It works perfectly fine now, definitely worth it.
