Oil Pump change?

Oil Pump change?
I've got a 1991 1.6. It's leaked oil ever since I got it and finally the leak has gotten bad enough (and killed my alternator) that I decided to fix it. The front main or oil pump gasket is leaking. I'm trying to get the oil pump off but it don't wanna budge. Is there something internal holding it in place? I'm about to start pulling the pan but don't want to if I don't have to!

Motor's gotta come out. Pull the motor, then pull the crank pulley, front covers, timing belt, oil pan, and the oil pickup tube. Then you can pull the pump off. Remember to buy a new oil pump o-ring, oil pickup gasket, and a new crank bolt/crank key at the bare minimum.
