NB: SINGLE gauge DIN panel

NB: SINGLE gauge DIN panel
Does this exist in a quality that doesn't suck for an NB?
I have an !njoy Carlife unit on order, but i'm losing hope that i'll ever receive it, and i'm going to have to probably open a paypal dispute next week if i don't get a response.
But here's the deal: I need a SINGLE gauge opening pod thingy to go in a radio din for my MSM. I currently have the FM a-pillar pod and it's awful. Fits like crap, obstructs my view, and is just generally the least favorite thing i have installed on my car at the moment.
I need something in stock, affordable, and able to be delivered to me within a week and a half. I just told my tuner to install my Powerdex on top of my steering column cover instead of in my radio cubby, so i'm going to be REAL shitty if i can't get what i need in time when i should have just temporarily put my boost gauge on top of the column, and the Powerdex in the cubby.
Help?

Have you checked with I.L Motorsport? I have their single din gauge pod/cubby for my 92, and fitment/quality is ****. I thought they made one for the NB as well.
Edit: Looks like they only have a 2 gauge pod for the NB. http://www.ilmotorsportusa.com/Black...les_p_113.html

Yeah, i'd be cool with the single gauge/cubby setup they have for the NA... but they don't have it for the NB, which SUCKS.
Actually the single and cubby would have been awesome, i could have just dumped the Powerdex in the cubby next to the boost gauge.
I guess worst case scenario i can get the black 3 gauge panel from them and throw in some of my spare gauges just so i don't have holes, but i won't bother hooking them up. :(
In other unrelated news: I really like this thing! http://www.ilmotorsportusa.com/MX-5-...ort_p_165.html

I think i have a VDO volt meter gauge laying around somewhere. I could just wire it into the cigarette lighter, and only get the 2 gauge panel.
Or..... run 3 boost gauges?
The problem is that eventually i'm going to run "The Big Three" (Boost, oil pressure, water temp), but that time isn't now since i don't have the free funds to buy the gauges i want.
I don't know how similar NA and NB is. I own an NA, but know nothing about it, and have really probably only seen it 3 times in my life. (It's stored an hour and a half north until i get a chance to build it.)

Similar situation: I'm searching for a double-gauge single DIN panel also for an NB. Moss has one in chrome; I want black. Might have to get the chrome and paint it. Or if I get the triple version, then what do I use for the third hole? Maybe a clock, mini-storage cubby, interior light, or any number of sarcastic suggestions.

I don't have any photos handy, but it's not hard to envision what a rectangular piece of cardboard with a hole in the middle looks like.
I would imagine that this technique would be easily portable to the NB, and to pretty much any other car, for that matter.

Thanks Joe. I'm capable of fabbing something up, i just really didn't have the time at the moment. I'm leaving on a 3 week road trip on Saturday, and work is slammed, plus i'm trying to get ahead of it all before i leave.
This is why i wanted a quality piece that just bolted/snapped in/whatever. No custom work.
I mean... i have a ******* NB Miata, of which millions were made or something. This shouldn't be a hard request, right?
Injoy Carlife seems incapable of shipping anything. Just finished a Paypal dispute to get my money back from them.
The IL Motorsport fits like dog ****. I take that back. It just plain old doesn't fit. It's a piece of ****.
The only other two that i haven't tried is the Thompson unit, and the angled 3 gauge thingy from TDR or whatever. I don't want the angled 3 gauge.
I ended up rigging together some bullshit that makes me extremely angry to even have on my car last night to get the IL Motorsport piece to not fly out of my dash at any possible moment.
I've sent them an email asking why their product sucks dick.
My next email will probably be to FM asking why they think it's acceptable to have Ray Charles install their A-Pillar pod in my car, resulting in a whopping ONE pin actually holding the damn thing on, crooked as ****, flopping around. Then splice into the dimmer switch for lighting for their boost gauge. (This part is ok... but the butt connector on the 3rd wire that was incorrect, so logically we'll just cut off the end of the other wire we spliced in and let it hang around in the dash, it'll be fiiiiiine.)
And then this.
It's like they don't know the difference between a compression and a barb fitting. I **** you not, this hose was jammed over the 1/8" brass pipe thread.
I PAID someone to do that. So mad.
