OK I finally got some pictures off my camera of the modifications I made to mount a 1.8l variable throttle position sensor onto my 1.6l throttle body.

Dunno. I couldn't find one cheap when i needed it. The most difficult part of doing it this way is finding the blade that you weld onto the TB shaft. See the second pic. I pirated the sensor, harness connector, and the blade off my roommates parts car.
I have a solid model, drawing, and g-code (waterjet) for the spacer/adapter somewhere.
