Default Low on power please help

Okay so I did a timing belt job on my 93 Miata , everything ran smoothly I timed it perfect, well the car ran good for about 3 weeks all of the sudden a hose ripped and started to wet the manifold a lot of steam came out in assuming the water got in the coil pack because now my car runs rely funky, for about three days now my car has been feeling like it's lost some power I feel no good throttle response until I hit about 4K I feel a sudden power gain I would call it I ever running , where do I start . I have already checked the timing the e and I face straight up as well as the crankshaft indicator , I will mention that I don't run an o2 sensor would that also be a reason why it runs like this ...i

1. That post was excruciating to read.
2. Are you trolling? Not running an o2 sensor on a stock ecu causes the ecu to default to a very rich fuel map which means your car will run like garbage.

3.Yeah. I feel like I've been trolled.
