Looking for a shell/ Erepairables.com
My aging smurf has seen better days. Rust in rocker panels is significant, and nose and fenders have been hit one too many times. In the process of seeking a shell, I came across erepairables.com, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with those guys.
Or, perhaps someone could point me to a better source for a shell?
I'd prefer NA, smurf or black, but NB would do just fine.
Shell only, as I'm planning to move over engine, tranny, diff, subframe, suspension, interior (Ultrashield), cage, etc.
Thanks.

I was replacing UCA, and this guy stopped by. We talked shop, he asked about Miatas, and told me he has a shell. Asked $800. Next day, some moron stops short. I oughta learn to drive like they're trying to kill me, but the result is the same. Damaged frame rail, right headlight won't close. Talked to a body guy. He said he'd ask his frame guy to do the work for $400-$500. All I have to do is source out the bumper and right fender. That's another $150 or so. Rocker rust is significant. The previous repair 6 or so years ago was lousy.
So, for all this cost I'd have a rusting beat up car.
Same body guy told me that if I do buy a shell, all I'd have to do is keep the receipts for the purchase.
Besides, I'm not looking to turn the car around and resell it. I like my car. I like driving my car.
