I can't decide:
1 - "R" lip and 3-4" splitter, full undertray.
2 - GV (knockoff urethane) lip and no splitter, full undertray
3 - GV lip with splitter, full undertray
4 - Other (mention below please)
Car is mostly dailied, my main reason for aero is highway stability and looks, trackdays when I can afford to (years from now).
TIA

I still want that bumper that Rob was talking about doing for the track guys... Sigh... If you want a RB front bumper, get ahold of John at Axis Power Racing. He has one he is trying to sell. Pretty reasonable price too and is in decent shape as I saw it when I picked up some carbon parts a month ago...
However, for your purposes as it will be daily driven and see little track duty... I vote #2.

Does anyone have any measurements comparing the difference in ground clearance between a GV and the R lip? Even though the votes are 9-6 for a GV, I think for ground clearance I'd better use the R. After all, I (read: my dad who, in his defense, hadn't driven a low roadster-type car since college) smashed up my GV and adding a splitter could add up to 3/4" on top of that.
OTOH, #2 is basically what I had before (plus a bit more aerodynamic functionality), and I've raised the car 5/8" since, and the knockoff GVs are much more durable. Plus, I'd wager the undertray material wouldn't need to be as thick if it were an actual splitter.
Here are a few shots to show my height:

I'm impatient, just bought a knockoff GV. Going for #2, as I can easily morph it into #3 for track duty later and keep it streetable with the lip off.
Where can I buy the plastic for the undertray?
