Installing masterswitch
I got a electrical masterswitch (FIA rated) and a starterpanel for the car I want to hook up. The switch (obviously) takes the battery out of the equation when switched off, but will also make sure the car wont keep running on the alternator after that.
Will there be any issues with the megasquirt unit as it seems to be picky when it comes to power and grounds?
Steering lock and key-ignition will be removed aswell. Plan is to use the switch as main switch and a starter panel for ignition and starting and hooking up two accessories to it (maybe fans and something else). This will no longer require the key for the car to be started, just for locking.

I've got the exact same masterswitch and panel as the ones you posted. Planning on redoing wiring someday yeah. The reason I asked is because my MS went al bitchy on me after disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Hate to think that would happen every time I pull the switch. Should be all good then.
