I read my spark plugs
As stated I pulled my plugs out and took a close look. I compared them to the NGK page. The plugs are Bkr7e VX. I'm replacing with Bkr7e. My #2 plug came out with my hands, so that explains the slight miss I've had.
#1: Light gray tip, looks fine
#2: Brown tip, because it was loose, otherwise fine
#3: Dark gray tip, looks fine
#4: Dark gray tip, looks fine
What I noticed is the darker color of 3 and 4. Does this mean they are hotter? I wonder because of the coolant re route. I'm just wondering if this is a sign that I should do the reroute or if this is all normal.

Well here they are. As previously stated #2 was not in all the way, hence the oil all over it. The pictures don't show the miscoloring quite as well as I had hoped. I suppose the fact that you can't see the difference here is a good enough sign they are ok.
Overview
The tips
I took a peek at the pistons while the plugs are out. Should they have a blackish oil film on them? And #2 has black rings on the top of it (not carved in it). They are perfectly round and are spaced like a target. Is that something I should worry about?
