They are taking ages to reply to emails. I'm not sure if its because i'm in the UK. I'm taking into account the time difference as well. They have the pistons i want and even with shipping and import tax its still way cheaper than anything i can find over here.

I've just sent an email to 949racing with a parts list. Surely the pistons in the link are from a known a manufacturer and not a spurious Chinese knock off? Anyway they can't be arsed to answer emails so i will move on to someone who wants the business.

For a mx5, I'd say supertech would be a GREAT alternative.
You should read up on alloy differences between Wiesco/Supertech. That may narrow your search.

Supertechs are what you want, which is why i was confused by the original post.
That seller does not have what you want.
