emissons just kicked my ***
So MD emissions i fails
Hydrocarbons
220PPM Limit
615PPM Mine
Carbon Mono
1.20PCT Limit
7.98PCT Mine
I think this is all due to Megasuirt. To get the to settle i dumped fuel in and i think because of that is why i failed.
I dont have a wideband so im not sure of my ratio, any ideas or tips to lower these two?
thanks

You're too rich. Lean it out some. A narrowband is perfect for tuning for emissions since you're going for stoich or just a tad lean of stoich, right in the range a narrowband is specifically designed to work in.

Don't put the WB sensor in the stock location- it'll overheat. You need to install a second bung on the downpipe about a foot before the catalytic converter.
But yeah, Ben is right. Tuning for emissions at light load is exactly what NB sensor are for. When you get it to the point where it's ticking back and forth across 0.5v with some regularity, you're there.

okay i decided to start from scratch with the base map. I got it to idle now at 54% as opposed to the pig rich 80% haha. So hopefully that will lower my hydrocarbons and carbon mono. Any other tips? Should i take a datalog and post it up here?

well after lowering the %'s it now rides smoother than before, i dont get studding when lifting or accelerating. Is it worth it to go back fro my free emissions now or wait till april when i have my turbo on
