CAS...4 wires are what?
So I just got a CAS to finish my MS1 installation, but I have no idea what wires are what. I was told the sensor is from a 97. The pigtail has 4 wires and they are as follows in this order:
1) Blue...looks 14gauge?
2) Black with white stripe...looks 18 gauge?
3) Black...14 gauge?
4) Brown, 18 gauge?
I am assuming that 1 and 3 are the 12v and ground, and the smaller gauge ones are CKP and CMP, but what is what?

These colors !correspond to any NA, I've checked '90-'93, '94-'95, and '96-'97. They're all the same, and they don't correspond to what you posted.
For all NA:
W/R = +12
B/LG = GND
W = CKP
Y/L = CMP
Perhaps you can use the following to resolve your pigtail to the correct color code. This image presumes that you are looking at the connector on the CAS, or looking at the wire-entry side of the connector.

Aweomse image support guys! One question...why does the sensor say Mitsubishi on it? I had a '91 a few years back and that sensor said Mitsubishi on it also.

Because Mitsubishi is a huge vendor of automotive electronic components to Japanese automakers, much like Denso here in the US. The majority of the electronics in the Miata are sourced from Mitsu.
