Why you share this knowledge, i have no idea. The obvious reason is that you have so much depth that this is all red herring info that isn't even close enough to the entrance of the rabbit hole you're headed down that it doesn't matter.

Either way, thanks for imparting these info'z on the un-educated like me. This post gives me errr about 2 weeks worth of googling basis.

cheers.

The stuff posted is not proprietary knowledge. Readily available if you know where to look. The tricky part will be the tune. The stock ECU is mind numbingly complex. Thousands of tables, hundreds of which are interwoven under normal operation. Figuring what makes the head flow. What makes the bottom end stay together at high revs. That's where we will guard our information a bit more closely.

Hilarious. Randy Pobst did a 2:00.something at Chucky in a new 500hp Mustang GT350.

Not sure how close CCW is to CW but still.

Very cool development read. Props!

Love the detail on the skyactive motor stuff. I got the 2.5 in my DD Mazda 6 and been pretty impressive.

Emilio, are you using stock Engine Mounts and diff mounts? I noticed that my shifter moves a LOT during corners and sometimes changing gear is difficult when the car is loaded during a corner or over rough patches on the track.

I am thinking of upgrading the diff mounts (Power flex have them now available) since I can´t find any stiffer engine mounts. Which is your opinion on this subject?

All stock mounts for now. We have experienced no issues with them.
