Default 94 1.8 battery dies. Efi 30a the culprit

Good day to all. I have 1994 1.8 na with a problem . When i park the car over night it drains the battery. Begun troubleshooting by replacing the 1 month old battery with a new one and didn't solve the problem. So i turned to a multimeter to check the amps draw when ignition is at "off" position. Turns out its is drawing 1.4 amps which ive been told is too high or way above normal. Ive been told that normal or "accepted" is max 0.01 amps. So with the multimeter connected i starting pulling out fuses to see if i was going to get a drop in amps which i did get when i got to the EFI 30a Fuse with the blue air bag cover over it, it dropped down immediately to 0.01 amps. Now, i must mention i bought the car with the airbags deployed, the airbag light is always blinking on the cluster, btw wont be replacing the airbags. Driver steering wheel has been replaced with aftermarket. And passenger side i hve no idea whats under the "cover" that was neatly (lol) screwed back over where the airbag goes. Now ... I need the assistance of the masterminds here at miataturbo.net

Get a wiring diagram, trace the power distribution for the EFI fuse to everything it powers, and start unplugging those items until you figure out which one has failed.
