i know, right!?! A friend just called me because one is available for a price I shouldn't repeat. The guy took it out of his car because he didn't like the ratios with the 3.90 in his supercharged car, and traded it out with a friend for a 5-speed. Now I need a 3.63...and I guess I can tell begi to tune the car higher than 275whp, lol.
I should note that the original trans owner talked **** to my sister and I at a gas station once, so he will not be spared in the revolution.

Get it in your car and do a track day with the 4.10s. I swear to god you'll love it. Even with a 3.63 rear end, your 2nd gear is like 58mph which isn't long enough to be useable, and 80mph in 3rd is crappy. 65-70mph is where you want to be maxing out the "short" track gear, and 3rd in my car is 71mph.
Oh, and rebuild the shifter now. The cast upper turret and all the bushings are available at the dealer. It helps a lot with shift feel.
Emilio's fast-as-**** 150whp track rat is running a 6-speed and 4.30s. He just went a second faster than I could manage at Streets of Willow a few weeks ago.
