Default 2002 vvt Throttle reponse/lag when warm

Yesterday, 00:02 #1 Bloopdog
First gear Recently ive been noticing my miata taking a little longer to rev up than normal when revmatching my downshifts. It also has a noticeable delay when free revving it. I've compared this to my local miata group's nb2s and their throttle response is similar to each other but not to me. they are both stock. It's very snappy and responsive. this is my 5th miata and i am very familiar/ have great muscle memory revmatching them, but this miata for some reason isnt as fast?
what should i look for?

this problem is non existent until the car warms up, revs fine and snappy from idle until its warm. (i dont rev it much, just to check)

maintenance done.
proper gapped crank sensor
new temp sensor.
new ngk .44 gap spark plugs
coils and wires are ??? old
might try swapping good coils and wires in to check.
proper timing belt
throttle cable is within spec without slack.
no exhaust leaks that i know of...
vvt works fine, tps graph is consistent and reading correctly, until i spike it like the video, sometimes i reads 100% throttle, sometimes it is lower.
intake temp sensor is good, cleaned maf with a bit of alcohol and a q-tip
o2 sensor is ??? old
fuel pump is new.
no dragging pulleys as far as i can tell.
I can graph fuel trims if someone can explain what to look for?
could it be as simple as cleaning the throttlebody.
i have moved around the vacuum cables and sensors above the cooling expansion tank to clean up the bay, but all lines are routed properly and how they were stock, just longer than factory, would that have an affect?
car runs and drive otherwise perfectly fine, good power, no weird issues.
ive attached a video where you can hear the throttle opening, and the car taking its time to rev.

edit today i swapped over parts from a friends 2002 , ignition coils, wires, cam angle sensor, and the mitsubishi egr solenoid by the fender, nothing worked but the egr solenoid seemed to help, but maybe the car cooled off enough for it to not have the issue.
unplugging temp sensor no change
car is stock except for a catback
