DiabloIII
I have been anxiously waiting for this to officially release!!! Servers go live May 15th 2012!!
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/
So I've finally pre-ordered it. I'm almost as excited about this game as I am about my AST's shipping off
Who's planning on picking this up and what class are you thinking of playing first. PvP or strictly PvE?
I'm excite

I guess I will be preordering it on Tuesday when I get paid. I am so looking forward to it. As I did not get into the Beta I do not know what I will be doing in game except being addicted to it.

It will be interesting to see how the multiplayer pans out. D2 was mostly rush, rush, rush, acquire MF gear, grind, grind, MF runs, MF runs, acquire more gear, trade, MF runs, trade, make PvP char, PK!! lol
I think the "loot" will be way different to obtain vs D2. Less repeat encounters, more variations of mobs, and much harder battles that take strategy. So almost like WoW's encounters, though 20man raids need not apply lol. I also think there will be some sort of BGs to incorporate PvP more than D2 did. People will be able to use the skill-tree system for the first while before the masses gets the hang of it.
Either way, I'm excited for it.

Let's just say when I get home from work on Monday I will have a new mobo, ram, and a few other parts sitting on my front porch. The only big hold up I have on my new comp build for this game is waiting on my CPU. One of my good friends works for Intel, so I am getting an extremely large discount on a new I7 2700k. Once he ships it out to me I will be putting the comp together, overclocking it to 4.5ghz and then pre-installing the game.
Who wants to get some D2:LOD going on US East?

Damn you SHOES!
My Windows Experience Index (I know, I know, it means ---- all, but still!) on my old SSD was my lowest score. Now with my new SSD, it's my highest score. That's sick and wrong bro!
/And is making me get an itch to upgrade parts, but I'm running a gorramn I5@4.5ghz on this PC, there's not much upgrades available!

Oh damn, I didn't know they were allowing real $$ for AH. I don't see it as a problem, most people are in the same boat as us. Why the ---- would I spend IRL money on items. lol
I don't think this game is too damning on rigs. My current rig runs BF3 on high, I figure it'll handle D3 just fine. However, that doesn't mean I'm not itching for upgrades as well!!
I could do some LOD... I installed it last week, lol. My b.net account is: Flier

the real money AH is no different than D2, people sold stuff all the time for real money. People that want to buy gear will buy it ( the same as they always did in diablo2 ) and those who dont want to it wont make a lick of difference. If they end up doing Comps then buying gear will be part of that scene, but not many casual gamers will ever be a part of that, its a way for a casual gamer to make some $$.I think its a great idea, play for fun and if u get something awesome sell it to some fool for some real cahs in a secure and safe way.
