Favorite part of this process: Removing the 60+lbs of weight above the drivers chest. Most ghettocets/carts don't do this for "comfort", but I can assure you, nothing is more comfortable than lowering the CG of this thing by 6 inches...

The windshield and frame weighed easily 60lbs and was my most favorite part of the build. There are very few "kart" builders that have the b**ls to do such a thing.

Here, you can see why I didn't feel too bad about cutting the thing up. There was a huge hole in the trunk that went through the rear quarter to the ground. Leaky battery was my guess.
